The 1-Loud-Wish-Per-Day Group

 

Our bodies consist of masses of vibrating cells and it’s filled with energy and life. One day when our energy can’t keep our bodies together anymore, our bodies die. This energy is released into the universe and is called spirit, soul or mind. In fact, this energy is who we really are.

While we still have a body, we have a lot of power at hand. We have three amazing resources: our voices, our bodies and our energy. We can influence our own energy and each other’s energy in various ways. A great way is to use our voice. We can attract, heal and offer support and turn energy into positive or negative.

The option of wishes:

If you make one loud wish (anywhere in the world) the words spoken will vibrate in the air. This vibration can touch the specific energies the wish was made for, regardless of being dead or alive! We all know the law of attraction and that our thoughts and words can change the molecules in water. We all know we are what we think, eat and do. We are responsible for our own actions and what we attract. The 1-Loud-per-day group is where it all begins.

It’s simple: You just have to believe in your own wish, that it will come true and say it out loud.

We can’t always afford donations or we are unavailable to offer our support. We can make wishes for financial support, for assistance, for medical support, for roof over heads, for peace and prosperity. We can send the energy out so that it vibrate and change the molecules with the positive wishes we made for that specific person or occurrence.

Saying wishes out loud have the potential to change energy from within and allow it to expand and come true.

Think of all those people who died in China, Japan, India and Burma. Think of Tibet, the Tsunami, the War against Terror, Hurricanes, and Africa…the list is endless!

Think of a friend, an unhappy marriage, a sad neighbor, a death in the family/friend, resentment, forgiveness, etc.

The only rule: we DO NOT make any wishes that can harm others, that are unrealistic, supernatural, and greedy or have negative results.

Being Mindful…

A few weeks ago I experienced a lot of busy-ness as I was preparing for my finals and sorting out my little daughter. My mind was full of calculations, strategies, assessments, thesis and reports. I had to make a change, and found this wonderful information that supported me:

  1. Stop multi-tasking: when you eat, you eat. When you walk, you walk.
  2. Take your time: make your actions deliberate
  3. Do less by prioritizing: it is all a matter of what is important and letting go of what is not.
  4. Plan your schedule and leave enough space between tasks: it takes away stress and gives you a break.
  5. Sit in silence: only 5 minutes of silence and breathing will do you, your thoughts and your body very good.
  6. Focus on the present: stop worrying about the future, or outcomes. Let it go and focus on what you do now.
  7. Be present: listen and talk to others by being completely in the now
  8. Eat to enjoy: savor your food and eat slowly. You deserve this break and take time to digest.
  9. Live your life: savor your life and slow down. Enjoy each and every moment even the stressful ones with deadlines and tasks.
  10. Meditating house chores: put cooking and cleaning into practice of mindfulness. Be present to every task you do and watch your thoughts then change your thought patterns consciously.

During this time I learned a lot about myself, my thought patterns and my insecurities especially on my incapabilities of what I’m currently doing. In fact, if I look at the events now, I am grateful for the challenges because I could locate these habitual patterns that kept me sort of ‘stuck’ in life. Practicing the above will not only support me in achieving that what I want but it will benefit me in the long run to living a mindful, stress-free and productive life. Try it 🙂

Global Warming a Scam?

When I first heard about this, it shocked me! I honestly believed in global warming and this believe followed me all my life. I saw this documentary that it might be a scam. It left me very confused and I thought to post about this to get more clarity from others. So please feel free to leave your comment. This is what I found online:

Global warming is nothing more than just another hoax, just like Y2K and the global freezing claims in the 1960’s and 70’s were. Global warming is being used to generate fear and panic. Those behind this movement are using it to control people’s lives and for financial gain. There are not many individuals, groups, or organizations willing to stand up against this fraud that is being perpetuated for fear of being persecuted, harassed and ostracized by those who support global warming within the scientific and other communities. But fortunately, a few have decided to do the right thing and take a stand against this evil, proving just how unscientifically founded global warming is and exposing those who are behind it.”
