If Presented With the Opportunity to Get a Message to a Large Audience, What Would Your Message Be?

My message would have to be linked to something I think is plausible and relevant for any person, regardless of country, gender, education or age: Love

Most of us experienced this universal warmth and love. As little babies we survived on love. Our birth brought our families together and it is our families who gave us that what we needed. They stood by us while we developed into the persons we are today.

We should focus on igniting that innate feeling of love and then bring it to settle within our hearts. Once its settled, we should realize that regardless of circumstance, we have the ability to feel love within. We should then focus on expanding that love from within ourselves, out to everyone and everything until we all become one. A big bundle of life and love!! Live life and expand love. Live an inspired life of love. Live now in the moment, out of gratefulness as time has been given to us at birth and it will be taken away from us at death.

Spend each minute wisely and you decide with who you want to spend that time. Say yes and say no without explaining yourself. People will understand if they truly care.

My message for humanity is to reach for a world of love, unity and life! Where people are equal, live with dedication, inspiration and are passionate in whatever they do, with a deep-rooted belief in positive actions.

Perhaps my message is unoriginal…impossible….maybe even boring…..I don’t care as long as I live my message everyday with the wish that my actions positively contribute to the world I live in… Peace, always 🙂

Global Warming a Scam?

When I first heard about this, it shocked me! I honestly believed in global warming and this believe followed me all my life. I saw this documentary that it might be a scam. It left me very confused and I thought to post about this to get more clarity from others. So please feel free to leave your comment. This is what I found online:

Global warming is nothing more than just another hoax, just like Y2K and the global freezing claims in the 1960’s and 70’s were. Global warming is being used to generate fear and panic. Those behind this movement are using it to control people’s lives and for financial gain. There are not many individuals, groups, or organizations willing to stand up against this fraud that is being perpetuated for fear of being persecuted, harassed and ostracized by those who support global warming within the scientific and other communities. But fortunately, a few have decided to do the right thing and take a stand against this evil, proving just how unscientifically founded global warming is and exposing those who are behind it.”

Why Eat Organic?

Why eat organic? Agricultural chemicals are connected to the rise in cancer over the years and the cumulative exposure to these chemicals contributes to other degenerative and neurological diseases.

The organic varieties of grain and produce contain more nutrients than the non-organic varieties. Over 200 nutrients are present in un-farmed and rich native soil. The typical fertilizers may only contain 3 nutrients. Nutritional content is fundamentally significant when it comes to fighting toxicity and associated free radical damage.

Watch out for the following non-organic produce. The reasons for the higher amounts of pesticides have to do with the type of delivery used:

  • apples
  • apricots
  • carrots
  • celery
  • Coffee
  • green beans
  • cherries
  • kale
  • leafy greens
  • nectarines
  • peaches
  • pears
  • potatoes
  • spinach
  • sweet bell peppers
  • strawberries

Eat as much organic food as possible to avoid exposure to growth hormones, antibiotics and the effects associated with chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Pay the extra bit for organic produce because in the end, conventional food might cost you your health.

Smart Phone Technology, What’s Next?

The future is smarter,  and now we are even more connected

Apps have effectively extended the usage of smartphones yet Apps do have their restrictions. Some operate in isolation, with a limited ability to link and connect. In the future we will see Apps working flawlessly together, providing a wealth of integrated experiences.

Already smartphone manufacturers are working on this integration process. BlackBerry offers an integrated inbox solution where messages and notices from all messaging, IM and social networking Apps are displayed in one inbox. Android users have more choice in terms of sharing content and can program the default App of their choice for sharing.

Apple’s latest ‘Passbook’ is a wallet-style feature for various barcode- scanning Apps (boarding passes, loyalty cards, vouchers etc.).

In the past we would have had several different Apps for each particular purpose, in Passbook we get a feel of how Apps commune in one location. Convenience I say!

Alexander the Great

Alexander The Great by Kirsi Salonen

……….On his death bed, Alexander summoned his generals and told them his 3 final wishes:

1. The best doctors should carry his coffin

2. The wealth he has accumulated (money, gold, precious stones…) should be scattered along the procession to the cemetery, and

3. His hands should be let loose, hanging outside the coffin for all to see!!

One of his generals, surprised by these unusual requests asked Alexander to explain.

Here is what Alexander the Great had to say:

I want the best doctors to carry my coffin to demonstrate that, in the face of death, even the best doctors in the world have no power to heal…

I want the road to be covered with my treasure so that everybody sees that material wealth acquired on earth, stays on earth…

I want my hands to swing in the wind, so that people understand that we come to this world empty-handed and we leave this world empty-handed after the most precious treasure of all is exhausted, and that is TIME.

The lesson for life:

We do not take to our grave any material wealth, although our good deeds can be our travelers’ cheques.

TIME is our most precious treasure because it is LIMITED.

We can produce more wealth, but we cannot produce more TIME.

When we give someone our TIME, we actually give a portion of our life that we will never take back.

Our TIME is our life!

The best present we can give others and ourselves is TIME.

May we have plenty of TIME and may we all have the wisdom to give it away and LIVE until our TIME has come.

Is It Possible to Lie Without Saying a Word?

Yes. Lying without saying a word is what I call lying by omission: leaving out a factual detail deliberately that would drastically change the meaning of what was said.

For example:

It’s buying something and not telling the person you bought it. It’s meeting someone for a liaison and not telling your significant other about it. It’s cheating on a test and telling no one. Deleting a word or a phrase to change its meaning to suit your needs….

Lying by omission is when an important fact is omitted, deliberately leaving another person with a misconception. The consequences of lying are that eventually no one will listen to you, trust you or take you serious. It is worth being honest to others and yourself. The benefits to live a life of integrity magnifies a life filled with abundance, love and happiness all year round!

When is the Time to Stop Calculating Risk & Reward and Just Do What You Know is Right?

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

We live in a world where we are constantly pressurized to make decisions. Decisions, decisions and more decisions. It feels like our entire existence depends on it and our inner voices are consistently calculating what risks are involved and how much we will gain or loose…what will we get in return or not…right?

That is the time when I say: enough! Just do what’s right. Just do the right thing that feels right in your heart and stop thinking. At the end, everything will work out right anyway.

If I look back at the decisions I made especially the big, risky ones, I now see that at the time they were the right ones to choose. As my life transformed into the present, I am here because of those decisions. Sitting, thinking and contemplating about the risks involved is a natural thing, what becomes unnatural is when the sitting, thinking and calculating in your head never stops…

A friend of mine said the most complicated risks are when it’s decisions about your own life’s future, spiritually, family or your career. Live into the moment, do what feels right to you and do what cause no harm to others or yourself.

Live life and take the chances. We are in a specific situation because life brought us there to learn something. Be responsible and accountable for yourself, what others do to you, and most of all for your decisions and consequences.

Do You Celebrate The Things You Do Have?

inspirationeeded.blogspot.com

I find that being in a state of gratefulness allows me to really put things into perspective: I may not have everything I want but I always have everything I need.

Often life throws me ‘gratefulness’ reminders, especially when things are not going as planned. That is the time to celebrate who I am, what I am and what I have. When I feel like complaining, it’s the perfect opportunity to realize that despite my present misery, I do have a good life and that I am lucky to be born when, where and to whom.

Of course there are times I’m unaware, but that is what makes me human. Sometimes its okay to complain and just be. As long as I am aware of the big picture and of my innate being which expresses a constant, subtle and general happiness.

When we chase happiness it tends to fly away like a butterfly, moving further away each time we grab for it. When we recognize gratitude and celebrate a realistic reality of it, we’ll find happiness landing directly on our shoulders  J

Would You Break the Law for Someone You Love?

A poem inspired by a very brave friend of mine:

I think this goes without saying – of course I would!

If my family, friends or boyfriend were in trouble and they needed me then I would be at their side within seconds.

I don’t care which law I would break.

I don’t care about the repercussions.

I don’t care about how long it would take.

I don’t care if I got caught or not.

I would do anything it took to make sure that my loved one was safe again – no matter what.

There is no line I wouldn’t cross to save someone I loved.

When It’s All Said and Done, Will You Have Said More Than You’ve Done?

justdoitfilm.com

Life is not short it’s just very precious. What you say becomes your truth. Every minute counts and it is what you do in that minute and not how many minutes you have. When the time has come for us to go, I would want to die open hands: knowing that I did everything I said I would.

Words are faster than actions. Being an air-sign makes me a dreamer and I tend to speak faster than what I should resulting in empty promises to others and myself. But thank goodness, that’s in the past and I am much better now since I made a conscious decision to walk my walk and talk my talk. And my secret: ‘just do it!’

Our actions have consequences and often we hurt others and ourselves unintentionally. We should do everything in moderation, out of respect and love for others and ourselves, our actions will have positive results.

So go out there, and do it. Achieve your goals, spend time with your loved ones, go out with your friends, write your bucket list, whatever it is, when it’s all said and done, you can say, I’ve done it all!!
